About GTACC - Greater Toronto Area Community Cardiovascular specialists organization

The Greater Toronto Area Community Cardiovascular specialists organization was established in November 1995, and now represents the majority of community cardiologists across the GTA. GTACC's terms of reference highlight the association`s major objectives.

To represent the best interests of cardiovascular patients within the GTA.
To provide relevant continuing medical education for community cardiologists and cardiac surgeons.
To facilitate the sharing of innovative cardiovascular initiatives between community hospitals.
To provide a forum for discussion and a means to affect changes regarding cardiac care concerns of the community.
To enhance communications with the University of Toronto teaching hospitals and other organizations.
To communicate clinical research opportunities in the GTA.
